Microwave Brownies

Brownies are kind of a treat, but I think we can make them kind of healthy. Let's try.  This comes from my head, so we may have to work together to make it yummy.

  we need.

* 1/2 cup yogurt.
* 6 Tbs. baking choclolate
* 2 Eggs
* 1/2 cup honey
* 3/4 cup whole wheat flour
* 1/2 tsp. baking powder
* 1/4 tsp. Real salt.

for fun, we can also add.
  * some walnuts, almonds, or cashews.
  * some chocolate chips.

  okay, mix the batter together, in a separate bowl, starting with the wet ingredients, stir, then add the dry ingredients, stir, and pour batter into a greased 8" cooking pan.
  like this.

Microwave on high for 5 minutes, or until you can stick a fork in the middle and when you pull it out, it doesn't have batter stuck to it.

 These will be hot, so let them cool before cutting into and enjoying your treats.

  1. What if I made them without the chocholate? would they still be brownies or would they be whities?
