Microwave Baked Potatoes

Okay, so making baked potatoes in the microwave is super easy.
To make them, you need:
1) a microwave
2) some potatoes
3) some kind of oil, butter or grease
4) a fork
5) a paper towel or a plate, or something to keep from making the microwave a mess.

First, take your potato, wash it and get it all scrubbed up so that it's super clean.  Make sure that the skin of your potato isn't green (green potato skins are nature's Mr. Yuck sticker).   Next, take your fork and punch a bunch of holes in it (this prevents the potato from exploding in the microwave).  Then, take your oil/ fat/ grease/ butter of choice and slather your potato all up (this makes your potato moist and yummy when you microwave it).  Finally Microwave your potato (wrap it loosely in a paper towel, or put it on a plate covered with a bowl or something so you don't make a big mess) on high for about five minutes depending on how big your potato is, and how many potatoes you have.  You'll know when your potato is done because it will be soft when you squeeze it (careful, it's hot [use the back of your fork or a potholder or tongs or something]!) When your potato is done cover it with more butter, sour cream, bacon bits, chives, chili, cheese, yogurt, or other salty, fatty goodies to make your potato healthy and good.   Enjoy!potatoes vegetarian
